Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.06.2013 #105-V “About pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan” provides for the establishment of a single accumulative pension fund (hereinafter - SAPF) which has not mandatory for compliance with prudential regulations.

In connection with the transmission of pension assets and liabilities of accumulative pension funds to SAPF from the balance sheet date as at 01.04.2014 the publication of this report was discontinued.
