On the whole 39,1 mln. transactions to the amount of 757 066,4 bln. KZT were conducted through payment systems of Kazakhstan (Interbank System of Money Transfer and Interbank Clearing System) in January-November of 2018. As compared to January-November of 2017 number of payments in payment systems increased by 18,6% (by 6 129,5 thousand transactions), while amount of payments decreased by 3,2% (by 24,7 trln. KZT).

Interbank System of Money Transfer (ISMT)

In January-November of 2018 15,2 mln. transactions to the amount of 751 225,2 bln. KZT were conducted through ISMT. As compared to similar period of last year number of payments increased by 12,0% (by 1 628,4 thousand transactions), while amount of payments decreased by 3,2% (by 24,8 trln. KZT).

On an average 66,8 thousand transactions to the amount of 3 294,8 bln. KZT passed through ISMT per day in January-November of 2018 which is more than the level of the similar period of 2017 in respect of number by 11,5% (by 6,9 thousand transactions) and less in respect of amount by 3,6% (by 123,7 bln. KZT).

Interbank Clearing System.

Flows of retail payments during January-November of 2018 made up 23,8 mln. documents to the amount of 5 841,1 bln. KZT. As compared to January-November of 2017 volume of documents in clearing system decreased by 23,3% (by 4 501,0 thousand documents), value of payments increased by 0,6% (by 35,6 bln. KZT).

On an average 104,6 thousand documents to the amount of 25,6 bln. KZT passed through clearing system per day, which is less than the level of the similar period of 2017 in respect of number of payments by 22,7% (by 19,4 thousand transactions) and more in respect of amount of payments by 0,1% (by 0,02 bln. KZT).
