Information about the exchange rate is available on the website of the National Bank in the section «National currency - Foreign Exchange Rates». The website can provide the information on exchange rates with a specific date in the form of official certificate with a letterhead (section «Electronic certificates»).
Where I can get an official proof (certificate) from National Bank of Kazakhstan about established refinancing rate/base rate?
Information about the refinancing rate/base rate, is available on the portal of the National Bank of Kazakhstan in the «Electronic references» section.
Please note, according to the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the 2nd January of 2021 «On amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the restoration of economic growth», the definition «official refinancing rate» was replaced by «the base rate» from 1st January of 2021.
