The National Bank of Kazakhstan changed the mechanism of setting up the official exchange rate.Starting from the June 9, 2003 the official exchange rate of Tenge versus US dollar is the weighted average rate of Tenge versus US dollar set on the morning session of the Kazakh Stock Exchange on the previous business day.
