Back side: main color – violet and pink. The main image is the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi.

Front side: main color – brown. The main image is the portrait of the Kazakh poet, composer, enlightener, thinker, founder of the Kazakh written literature Abay Kunanbayev (1845-1904).

Front side: main color – green. The main image is the portrait of the Kazakh akyn and poet improviser Suinbai Aronuly (1815-1898).

Back side: main color – green. The main image is the mountains of Zailiysky Alatau.

Front side: main color – blue. The main image is the portrait of the scientist of East, thinker, mathematician and philosopher Al-Farabi (870-950).

Back side: main color – pink. The main images are geometrical constructions and formulas of Al-Farabi.

 

Attention: in accordance with  the Regulations of Governing Body of the National Bank of Kazakhstan No.71 dated July 25, 2006 "On approval of withdrawal banknotes of 1993" 1 tenge, 3 tenge, 5 tenge, 20 tenge, 50 tenge and 100 tenge banknotes ceased to be legal since November 15, 2006.  Exchange of above banknotes is completed on November 14, 2012.
